🚚 APEX LIFT – PUDO Delivery Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with APEX LIFT using the PUDO delivery option, you agree to the following terms:

1. PUDO Locker Delivery Only
   PUDO shipping is available only for deliveries to designated PUDO locker locations within South Africa. Door-to-door courier delivery is not included under this option.
   
   

2. Locker Selection Required
   Customers must specify their preferred PUDO locker name and location in the Order Notes field during checkout.

3. Incorrect or Missing Locker Info
   If a locker is not specified, is invalid, or is unavailable, APEX LIFT will contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery option. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any additional courier fees.
   
   

4. Delivery Responsibility
   Once your order is delivered to the selected PUDO locker, responsibility for collection lies with the customer. Uncollected parcels may be returned and re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
   
   

5. South Africa Only
   PUDO delivery is available for local South African orders only.
   
   

6. Returns & Exchanges
   Standard return policies apply. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
   
   

7. Right to Update Terms
   APEX LIFT reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
