🛡️ APEX LIFT Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with APEX LIFT. We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
🔁 Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Items with visible wear, strong odors, or signs of washing will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Socks and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
🚚 How to Return
Returns must first be approved by our team.
Contact us at info@apexlift.co.za with your Order Number and reason for return,
or complete the online Return Request form and we will get back to you.Once approved, we can arrange a courier pickup at your cost.
Alternatively, if you choose to arrange your own courier, the return address will be provided after return approval by email.
Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before collection or dispatch.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Once we’ve approved your return, we’ll gather your updated size or product request during our communication.
If a replacement is requested and a new order is placed, the returned item will be included with the new order.
Standard shipping will apply to the new order — no extra courier fee for including the replacement.
If no new order is placed, return courier costs back to you are payable before reshipping.
🛠️ Faulty Goods
Faulty item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Claims after 7 days may be considered normal wear and tear and may be denied.

A description of the fault
Clear photos of the fault (if available)
Faulty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Not all faults will require a physical return.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are processed once your returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) into your nominated South African bank account.
For security reasons, official proof of bank account details on your bank’s letterhead must be provided before a refund is processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund processing can take 2–4 business days after approval.
📢 Important Reminders
The returns parcel remains your responsibility until collected and booked into our care.
Please ensure your package is securely sealed.
