🛡️ APEX LIFT Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 25 April 2025

Thank you for shopping with APEX LIFT. We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.


🔁 Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items with visible wear, strong odors, or signs of washing will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

  • Socks and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

  • Sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.


🚚 How to Return

  • Returns must first be approved by our team.

  • Contact us at info@apexlift.co.za with your Order Number and reason for return,
    or complete the online Return Request form and we will get back to you.

  • Once approved, we can arrange a courier pickup at your cost.

  • Alternatively, if you choose to arrange your own courier, the return address will be provided after return approval by email.

  • Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before collection or dispatch.


🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Once we’ve approved your return, we’ll gather your updated size or product request during our communication.

  • If a replacement is requested and a new order is placed, the returned item will be included with the new order.

  • Standard shipping will apply to the new order — no extra courier fee for including the replacement.

  • If no new order is placed, return courier costs back to you are payable before reshipping.


🛠️ Faulty Goods

  • Faulty item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Claims after 7 days may be considered normal wear and tear and may be denied.

  • Please email info@apexlift.co.za with:

    • Your Order Number

    • A description of the fault

    • Clear photos of the fault (if available)

  • Faulty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Not all faults will require a physical return.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once your returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) into your nominated South African bank account.

  • For security reasons, official proof of bank account details on your bank’s letterhead must be provided before a refund is processed.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing can take 2–4 business days after approval.


📢 Important Reminders

  • The returns parcel remains your responsibility until collected and booked into our care.

  • Please ensure your package is securely sealed.
