At APEX LIFT, we move fast — so you can too. Here’s how we handle shipping within South Africa.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods (like sales or new drops), please allow up to 4–6 business days.

💳 Bank Deposit Payments

  • If you choose Bank Deposit (EFT) at checkout, your order will be placed on hold until payment reflects in our account.

  • Orders will only be processed and dispatched once the funds have cleared into the APEX LIFT bank account.

  • If payment is not received within 7 calendar days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

  • Please use your Order Number as the payment reference when making your deposit.

  • Bank Deposit confirmation can take up to 48 hours depending on your bank.

🚛 Domestic Shipping (South Africa Only)

We use real-time shipping rates provided by Bob Go to calculate your shipping costs automatically at checkout — with no added markup.

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days.
Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location.

When selecting your shipping method, rates will be displayed starting from the cheapest available option.
Typically, Economy services offer the most affordable rates for standard deliveries.

Free shipping may apply:

  • To specific carriers only, or

  • Based on a minimum order value.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly advertised on our website, during checkout, or in promotional campaigns.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link, so you can follow your gear every step of the way.

🚫 No International Shipping (Yet)

We currently only ship within South Africa.

🛑 Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or goes missing, contact us at info@apexlift.co.za and we’ll sort it out.
We work with trusted local couriers to ensure safe, reliable delivery.
